Website and support privacy

Static hosting and email you choose to send.

Updated 17 October 2026. Publisher display name: AK Frames. This notice covers the static documentation website and voluntary email support.

The documentation website

These pages explain the SKU Crosswalk, Pack & Freight and PunchScope previews. Our static pages add no JavaScript, forms, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or cookies. They do not open your catalogue, supplier or staff timesheet files, run the extensions, or upload their workspaces. Links to the email address and the hosting provider's privacy information work only when you choose to follow them.

These documentation pages use Firebase Hosting in a separate extensions project. Ordinary page requests expose your IP address to Google as the hosting provider. Firebase's published privacy information says Hosting uses IP addresses for abuse detection and usage analysis, and keeps that IP information for a few months. Hosting uses Google's global infrastructure, so processing may occur where Google or its agents have facilities. See Firebase Privacy and Security for the provider's explanation.

The website's hosting requests are separate from the extensions' local file processing. A statement that the extensions do not upload your catalogue, quote or staff-file data does not mean a hosted website receives no request information. The hosting provider has its own request logging and data practices.

Email you choose to send

For product or privacy questions, contact AK Frames at akframesltd@gmail.com. Following the email link opens your configured email application; sending a message remains your choice.

If you send a message, your sender name and address, message content and any attachments are provided to AK Frames and the email providers that handle delivery and storage. The purpose is to handle your support or privacy query and investigate the problem you describe. The extension does not automatically send or attach a workspace. An email is separate from its local storage and exports.

Please send the minimum useful information: the product and Chrome versions, the action that caused the problem, the exact error and a small fictional example. Crop screenshots to remove private information. Never send a passphrase, credentials, private catalogue, confidential supplier quote, real staff timesheet, full business audit or unrelated personal information. For timesheet issues, use fictional identifiers, dates and notes; do not attach readable staff audit or history files. The local review can retain extra unmapped cells, so minimize a reproduction before sending it.

Local controls and emailed copies

Resetting an extension workspace or deleting its saved copy does not remove downloaded files, sent email, attachments or copies kept by an email provider. You can use the contact address for questions about information you chose to send. Do not include further sensitive material merely to identify an earlier issue.

The individual extension privacy notices describe their local data, optional saves and exports. This page covers the documentation host and voluntary support email.
